The partners, responsible for the matter, remain closely involved at every stage.

02 — EXPERTISE
Our work spans contentious and advisory mandates. Litigation and dispute resolution form the core of our practice, while our corporate work helps businesses address contracts, governance, policies, and regulatory questions before they turn into disputes.
We act for rights holders, creators and brands in Infringement and passing-off suits, interim injunctions, takedowns, personality-rights matters and criminal enforcement. We also advise on cease-and-desist strategy and the steps available to protect and enforce intellectual property rights.
We represent companies, founders and individuals in commercial suits, contractual disputes, recovery proceedings and cheque dishonour matters. We also advise on dispute strategy before proceedings begin, including issuing notices and outlining available resolution options.
We advise and represent individuals and institutions in civil proceedings involving contractual disputes, property and possession matters, recovery claims, injunctions, damages, declaratory reliefs and other contentious civil matters. Our practice extends from pre-litigation strategy and interim relief to trials, appeals and execution proceedings.
We represent individuals, businesses and institutions in writ proceedings involving governmental, administrative, regulatory and other public law actions. Our practice includes challenges to arbitrary or unlawful decisions, enforcement of legal and constitutional rights, service and administrative matters, statutory authority disputes and proceedings seeking urgent judicial intervention.
We advise before and during arbitration, including on pre-arbitral strategy, invocation notices and interim measures. We also represent clients in arbitration-linked proceedings.
We advise and represent clients in criminal matters arising from commercial disputes, intellectual property violations, alleged fraud and other business-related conduct. This includes pre-litigation notices, criminal complaints, proceedings under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) and the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), evidence planning and coordination with related civil proceedings.
We advise companies, founders and business houses on corporate governance, commercial arrangements, business structuring and routine corporate actions. Our dispute experience helps us identify enforceability and regulatory risks early, so we can address potential issues before they escalate.
We draft and review internal policies covering the workplace, governance, data handling, intellectual property, social media and operations. Each policy is developed with reference to the applicable legal requirements and the need for clear responsibilities, workable procedures and appropriate records.
We provide written and strategic opinions on questions of law, contractual rights, regulatory exposure, potential claims and defences, and proposed transactions. Each opinion sets out the legal position and the options available to support an informed decision.
We draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements. We also advise on obligations, renewals, termination, breach, notices and other issues that arise during the life of a contract, with particular attention to clear terms and workable remedies.
